Used Precor Seated Row Machine

The Precor Seated Row Machine is a upper-body strength training machine designed to target the muscles of the mid- and upper back while offering stabilization via a chest support pad.

This machine features Neutral Grip which  Emphasizes Lat muscle engagement and comfortable shoulder tracking, as well as Overhand Grip which shifts greater emphasis onto the upper back, rhomboids, and rear deltoids.
