Shipping options include the following possibilities, and all applicable options should be made available at checkout, or available for purchases made in our store. Below is an outline of options, however not all options are available for all orders and are subjected to change. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us for exact rates. Items on display on our website as well as on display in our store will be available for store pickup, delivery & installation, and in some circumstances available to ship via ground shipping or freight carrier.
Store Pickup - Free (Tampa Bay Area)
In Stock items available as soon as the same day in most cases. Store Pickup requires identification to release products ordered online. If you place an order for Store Pickup for an item that is listed as On Backorder, we will contact you when it has been processed and is ready for pickup.
Delivery & Installation - Rate Calculated at Checkout
For customers in the Tampa Bay area, you can select our white-glove delivery and installation service at checkout. For delivery, our installers will require a clear path to where the machine can be installed. Delivery staff are not able to move furniture or any other items out of the way to clear space for the installation. Please also ensure you have selected the appropriate option at checkout for location (ground floor, upstairs, etc.) to avoid any additional fees at the time of delivery.
Ground Shipping - Rate Calculated at Checkout
Small items that ship in packages that weigh less than 150lbs each can ship via UPS, FedEx, or other carrier. Rates are calculated based on destination address entered at checkout.
LTL Freight Shipping - Rate Calculated at Checkout
Items that weigh over 150lbs, as well as most pre-owned items, will ship via freight carrier. An adult over the age of 18 must be present to receive freight. LTL Freight rates assume a residential delivery and that a lift gate will be required. The driver is authorized to deliver items to driveway or curbside only. It is your responsibility to get the items into your home – the contracted driver will not help you. Custom Rates may be available for orders of 2 or more pieces, large items, or for commercial shipping addresses. Contact us via phone at (727) 573-5500 for custom rates.
IMPORTANT - Items Damaged during Transit
In the event an item purchased arrives damaged that was shipped via freight carrier or parcel delivery, you MUST refuse the delivery. Damage during transit is the responsibility of the freight company. Inspect shipments thoroughly for damage before signing for delivery. If damage is found, refuse delivery and photograph damage. Email photos of damage to sales@banditfitness.com and we will address your order as best as we can.
If concealed damage is found after delivery, a concealed damage claim must be filed with the freight carrier within five business days. We always strongly recommend a thorough inspection of freight as soon as possible after delivery.
