Featuring the same flywheel and Performance Monitor found on our RowErg, the SkiErg delivers a distinctive exercise that enhances both strength and endurance. Ideal for athletes of all abilities, it also adapts well for those with lower-body limitations. Includes PM5 monitor, smartphone cradle, and handle hooks.
