Used First Degree Fitness E520 FluidRower

Unlike traditional wooden water rowers, the E520 is constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame and features Adjustable Fluid Resistance (AR) technology. This allows you to mechanically adjust the water volume moved per stroke directly via a dial on the tank, changing the baseline resistance across 20 distinct levels without having to add or remove water manually.
